We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team as we grow and continue to innovate in the climate space.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership-level position where you will play a central role in shaping our local marketing efforts, managing campaigns, and driving our event strategy during a pivotal phase of our company's expansion.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of our local marketing strategy by developing and managing comprehensive direct-to-consumer and partner co-marketing campaigns that guide the buyer journey.
- Lead our local event strategy in partnership with our field sales team, identifying new opportunities and measuring the impact of our outreach to help us scale nationally.
- Serve as a project management lead, ensuring that all marketing programs stay on schedule while coordinating across different teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on consumer marketing. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable working in English and collaborating with cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and product. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and proficient with essential tools such as the Google Suite, Excel, Coda, and Notion. You should also have a proven track record of managing creative briefs and working effectively with external partners to maintain brand standards.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary range of $126,000 to $167,000. Please note that this range does not include the value of our benefits package or potential equity grants, and final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including your specific experience, skills, and market conditions.
