Wealthfront is a financial technology company that uses automation and technology to deliver high-quality investing, high-yield cash accounts, and financial planning tools to more than one million clients managing over $90 billion in assets. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle to design and run multi-channel programs that guide clients through every stage of their relationship with us.
Responsibilities
- Build and run personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messages that increase financial knowledge, encourage saving, and surface the right products at the right time.
- Partner daily with Data Science, Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research, and Creative teams to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into scalable programs.
- Leverage customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage, and behavioral data to create automated journeys that grow with the business.
- Own the full lifecycle of campaigns-from strategy and A/B testing through development, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Track performance, translate results into clear recommendations, and share impact with stakeholders across the company.
Must-haves
- Four or more years of professional marketing experience, including hands-on work in customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success implementing and managing marketing automation programs that span the entire customer journey.
- Clear examples of turning data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests within lifecycle channels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Balanced strategic, analytical, and operational mindset, with the ability to extract insights that shape marketing strategy.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Iterable or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Personal finance experience or knowledge of compliance considerations in financial services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
