What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this leadership role, you will report directly to our VP and Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring our brand remains a dominant force in the financial services and WealthTech sectors.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our core business goals and brand vision.
- Lead the design and launch of multi-channel campaigns aimed at enterprise clients to boost brand awareness and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Manage and mentor a direct report while fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing strategy and team management. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years specifically within the financial services or FinTech industries. You should be highly skilled in messaging, market research, and design, with a proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with enterprise-level stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is expected, with an MBA being a plus.
