What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our industrial development division in Canada. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving our sales and marketing efforts through strategic execution and brand management. You will play a vital role in our success by managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure our projects stand out in the market.

• Execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with our corporate objectives and the OGST framework.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of project marketing, from initial brand design and collateral creation to sales campaign activation.
• Manage departmental budgets, media campaigns, and digital channels while maintaining the integrity of the Beedie brand across all platforms.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive professional with at least 5 years of experience in the marketing field. You should possess a strong background in brand development and market strategy, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. We require advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or public relations is expected. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of providing mentorship to team members while upholding our high standards of quality.
