What you bring
We need a senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us full time in a fully remote role. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, partnerships, and content, turning high-level strategy into well-run programs that drive pipeline, partner expansion, and revenue. Three core responsibilities stand out: leading execution across GTM initiatives such as content, events, partner marketing, PR, and sales enablement; building clear project plans, timelines, and workflows that keep cross-functional teams moving quickly; and measuring the impact of those programs so leadership can see exactly how marketing fuels growth. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You bring two to four years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, PR, content marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, or related GTM roles, ideally within a startup, agency, or other high-growth setting. Strong project-management instincts let you juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without losing sight of deadlines, while sharp writing and editing skills help you craft clear messaging and compelling stories. You are comfortable working directly with sales, partnerships, and senior leaders, translating broad direction into concrete plans with owners and deliverables. A proactive, low-ego mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity round out the profile we seek. English fluency is required.
