What you bring
As our new Marketing Manager, you will take on a full-time, on-site leadership role. You will be responsible for defining our comprehensive marketing strategy and ensuring that our brand identity remains strong and consistent across all channels. Your daily contributions will be vital to our success in the following areas:
- Leading and coordinating our team of product managers to ensure project success.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and performance tracking of all marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
We are searching for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, backed by eight to ten years of relevant experience. You should hold a master’s degree in marketing or a related field. Success in this role requires a blend of strong leadership, sharp analytical skills, and a mastery of modern marketing tools. You must be fluent in French, and proficiency in English is highly valued. We are looking for someone who is organized, strategic, and capable of collaborating effectively across departments like sales and research to achieve our commercial goals.
