With millions of reviews and comprehensive profiles covering every school and college in the country, we help users find their perfect fit while assisting institutions in reaching prospective students. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager, Client Lifecycle to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement, crafting strategies that nurture our partners from onboarding through to long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email programs, webinars, and direct mail, to boost client engagement and retention.
- Master our Marketo and Salesforce instances to segment audiences, automate targeted communications, and continuously optimize performance based on data insights.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent and impactful across all partner touchpoints.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience in a client lifecycle marketing role.
- Proven background in the Education, EdTech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing, content creation, and project management.
- Hands-on experience working with Marketo and Salesforce, with familiarity in platforms like Gong considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive as a strategic, self-disciplined problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
