Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our restaurant EPOS system and payment solutions in the United Kingdom and across Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UK and European markets, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our solutions, including product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to the UK and European markets.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, website content, videos, and social media posts.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our POS solutions and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the payments, point of sale, or other B2B technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be located in the proximity of London and/or in the Southern part of UK
