We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our strategic efforts across the APAC region. Symplicity is a global software provider that helps higher education institutions, governments, and employers prepare students for their careers by connecting them with valuable internship and job opportunities. With over 1,100 clients across six continents, we are dedicated to student success and workforce readiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy for the APAC market, covering campaigns, content, budget management, and industry events.
- Build and implement an inbound marketing program to grow our sales pipeline and drive business expansion.
- Oversee our regional events calendar, including webinars, executive roadshows, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Client Success teams to create account-based marketing plans focused on retention and upselling.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies and messaging for new feature releases.
- Position Symplicity as a leader in the Higher Education space through high-quality content and targeted campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs to leadership, using these insights to refine our ongoing tactics.
- Manage our marketing technology stack, including automation tools and web strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital and inbound marketing.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in events management.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and content management systems.
- Creative design capabilities using Adobe or Canva.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel for client roadtrips or conferences roughly 2 to 3 times per year.
- Flexibility to coordinate with international teams outside of standard business hours.
