The role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Lead. You will play a vital role in scaling our brand presence across the United States and expanding our reach into EMEA and APAC markets.
Core responsibilities
- Shape the Standard Metrics brand identity and define how we communicate our value to the broader startup and venture capital community.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, and both virtual and in-person events, to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Utilize data from HubSpot and other marketing analytics platforms to set quarterly goals, measure campaign performance, and refine our strategy for maximum impact.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a data-driven approach to growth. We are looking for candidates who bring the following:
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- The ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
- A genuine passion for staying current with industry trends, particularly those related to the startup and venture capital sectors.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in compensating our team members competitively, regardless of where they are located. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $135,000 and $170,000, supplemented by a competitive equity package. Our benefits include:
