About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be our Marketing Lead for the DACH region, where you will be responsible for driving growth and refining our brand positioning. This is a strategic yet hands-on position where you will develop data-driven marketing approaches, foster collaboration across teams, and build a high-performing department to solidify our status as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy for the DACH region to ensure alignment with our broader company goals.
• Drive our demand generation efforts by implementing effective strategies that attract high-quality leads and support revenue growth.
• Strengthen our brand presence through content creation, public relations, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic planning and tactical execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 6 and 8 years of professional experience in marketing, specifically covering events, performance marketing, content, public relations, and partnerships.
• Proven expertise within the B2B SaaS or insights-driven industries.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities to work effectively with global teams and external agencies.
• Deep familiarity with the DACH market landscape.
• Full professional proficiency in German (C2 level) and fluency in English.
• A proactive mindset with a track record of taking ownership and scaling marketing efforts in fast-growth environments.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
