The role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. As the sole marketing professional in our organization, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from high-level vision to day-to-day execution. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned expert who understands the nuances of financial services and digital assets. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting client acquisition, and ensuring our institutional value proposition is communicated effectively across all global channels.
Core responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives, including the development of our 2025 marketing program.
- Establish B2C2 as a thought leader in the digital asset industry by creating high-quality content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies.
- Partner closely with our sales and business development teams to launch multi-channel campaigns that drive institutional client acquisition and revenue growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the financial services sector and a strategic mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within the digital asset or cryptocurrency industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience successfully marketing to institutional clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and report on marketing ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing internal stakeholders and external PR partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud considered a significant advantage.
- A solid grasp of the current regulatory environment surrounding digital assets.
