About the Role
We are searching for a Marketing Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how dog parents connect with our brand. You will lead impactful campaigns and drive creative projects that grow our presence and enhance the experience of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee brand initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all work aligns with our strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights that improve targeting, content strategy, and overall results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup, consumer brand, or agency environment.
- A strong grasp of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple stakeholders and initiatives at once.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus points for experience with Amazon marketplace management, tools like Google Analytics, or a background in consumer tech and pet tech.
