We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Lead to join our team in India as our first marketing hire. What you'll be doing
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish a powerful brand presence and increase our visibility across global markets.
- Take ownership of all marketing functions, ranging from product and brand marketing to social media engagement and employee branding.
- Partner directly with our founder to translate our core vision into compelling messaging and high-impact initiatives that drive our growth.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- A strong background in brand development, product marketing, and social media strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive while collaborating across different functions.
- A data-driven mindset, allowing you to analyze performance metrics and optimize our efforts for maximum effectiveness.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the versatility to tackle a wide variety of marketing challenges.
- Fluency in English to effectively manage our communications and messaging.
