The role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Singapore on an on-site basis. This internship is designed for a student who is eager to bridge the gap between strategy and creativity. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working directly on initiatives that shape our brand presence and support our mission to connect talent with their dream careers.

Core responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our various digital and social media channels.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including social media graphics, email visuals, event materials, and promotional banners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to content development, copywriting, and the tracking of campaign performance metrics.

Skills and experience

• A strong interest in marketing with a creative flair and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in essential design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• A background in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable balancing both the analytical and visual aspects of modern digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
