As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of Glints’ marketing initiatives across various channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and creative sides of marketing, combining strong coordination and communication skills with a knack for creating compelling visuals.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking, while contributing visually engaging content that aligns with our brand goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms

Create and design marketing assets such as social media graphics, promotional banners, email visuals, and event materials

Work with cross-functional teams to support internal and external marketing initiatives

Contribute to content development, including copywriting, visuals, and performance tracking

Ensure timely delivery of assets that meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives

What We Are Looking For

Interest in marketing with a strong creative flair

Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

Background in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for strong candidates)

Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and self-driven attitude

Comfortable with both analytical and visual aspects of marketing
