The role

We are seeking a Marketing and Impact Copywriter Intern to join our team. This is a student-level internship position designed for someone eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with the flexibility to work from our offices in Zürich, Munich, or remotely from Berlin. We are looking for someone to start on May 1, 2025, for a six-month duration.

Core responsibilities

• Storytelling and content creation: You will craft compelling narratives about impact investing, our portfolio companies, and our active ownership initiatives to educate and inspire our community.
• Multi-channel communication: You will produce high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, videos, social media updates, and email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Impact research: You will dive deep into sustainability data, market trends, and company reports to provide a factual and engaging foundation for our marketing campaigns.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of creative talent and analytical curiosity. We require the following qualifications:

• Language proficiency: You must be fluent in both English and German at a native level, as clear communication is essential to our mission.
• Passion for sustainability: You have a genuine interest in responsible investing and a desire to create positive change.
• Content expertise: You have a knack for storytelling and can demonstrate your ability to create engaging content through academic projects, a personal blog, or social media work.
• Academic background: You are currently studying or have recently graduated in a field such as Journalism, Sustainability, or Business.
• Proactive mindset: You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating within a team environment.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a salary of CHF 2,500 for interns based in Switzerland and EUR 2,000 for those based in Germany. In addition to your compensation, you will receive the following benefits:
