Marketing Generalist at Octiva

We are expanding quickly and are eager to add a new member to our marketing team.

What is this role?

We are hiring a Marketing Generalist for a full-time, on-site position. This is a junior-level role perfect for someone who wants to be the versatile creative force behind our brands. You will handle a wide variety of projects, ensuring our communication remains consistent, engaging, and effective across all channels. Because our brands are growing, no two days will look the same, and we need someone who finds that kind of pace motivating.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels, newsletters, and websites.
• Execute marketing campaigns while helping to organize trade fairs, events, and professional photo or video shoots.
• Design and write copy for various materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, while helping to strengthen our overall brand identity.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who possesses a hands-on mentality and a broad skill set. You should have strong writing abilities and a visual mindset, along with the organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency with Adobe and Canva is a significant advantage, and we would love it if you have a natural affinity for technology or the horticulture sector. You must be comfortable working in English.
