We are looking for a Marketing Frontend Developer to join our team in Lisbon for a full-time, on-site position. Our company is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth, and we need a talented individual to help us scale our digital presence. You will work directly from our headquarters, collaborating with our founder and international team members to push the boundaries of our marketing and web performance strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure high accessibility and user engagement.
Monitor search engine algorithm updates and manage weekly logs to identify and resolve SEO-related bugs.
Utilize UX and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve site performance and turn visitors into active users.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
An academic background in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a similar discipline.
Fluency in Portuguese as your primary language.
Strong technical proficiency with Chrome DevTools, site architecture, and structured data markup.
A solid theoretical understanding of SEO strategies and experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
