With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has a retail store in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Manage complete end-to-end process of Email and Push notification campaigns from briefing design and copy, through to test and deployment, thoroughly testing campaigns across all platforms including Desktop and Mobile.

Work directly with CRM stakeholders at all times to implement and optimize customer segmentation practices and principles program-wide.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance of Email and push notifications campaigns

Deliver actionable insights based on the results of different campaigns

Lead the regular maintenance of the email and push notification campaign calendar to ensure campaign information is kept up to date.

Proof-read all Email, Push, and SMS content and ensure it matches the final signed-off versions.

Collate regular competitor research analysis and offer key insights and recommendations to the wider team.

Requirements:

2+ years of related experience in marketing, ideally in the fashion category.

Knowledge of fashion trends and a good understanding of street culture.

Experience in email marketing is a plus.

High proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast pace with cross-functional teams.
