We are a premier retail destination at the cutting edge of culture, and we are looking for a creative, data-driven professional to help us elevate our brand voice and customer engagement strategies.

Role at a glance

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Shanghai. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing collaborative office time with the flexibility to work from home. Please note that all candidates must be eligible to work in China.

Your impact

Take full ownership of our email and push notification campaigns, managing everything from the initial creative brief to final deployment and cross-platform testing.
Partner with our CRM stakeholders to refine customer segmentation, ensuring our messaging reaches the right people at the right time.
Analyze campaign performance to generate weekly and monthly reports, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive our future strategies.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who loves staying ahead of industry trends. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
A genuine passion for street culture and a strong grasp of current fashion trends.
High proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with CRM tools and email marketing is highly valued.
