Role at a glance
We are looking for a Marketing Events Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a mid-level role designed for someone who thrives on variety, as you will balance high-stakes event planning with the structured execution of marketing and sales projects. Whether you are working from home or collaborating in person, you will play a vital role in keeping our cross-functional teams aligned and on track.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the full event lifecycle, from initial strategy and venue selection to on-site execution for large-scale conferences and internal workshops.
- Manage the production of marketing and sales collateral during off-peak event seasons, ensuring all creative assets align with our brand standards.
- Drive project success by utilizing tools like Asana and Trello to track milestones, manage budgets, and coordinate between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a highly organized communicator who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least three years of experience in both project management and corporate event planning.
- A strong background in managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with modern project management software and a proven ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks at once.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a knack for managing stakeholder expectations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Event Management.
- While not required, a PMP or CAPM certification is considered a valuable asset.
