We are seeking a Senior Marketing Events Manager to join our team in Canada on a full-time, on-site basis to help us build and execute world-class events that connect us with visionary professionals.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and secure opportunities for events that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and scale company-owned events designed to engage prospective client organizations.
- Manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Coordinate across various internal departments to ensure event strategies are integrated into our broader marketing goals.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of global events, which includes travel and the flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
- Continuously adapt and refine processes to meet the evolving needs of our hyper-growth business.

- Proven experience in negotiating event and vendor contracts to maximize financial value and impact.
- The ability to make independent, proactive business decisions in high-pressure environments.
