We build platforms that help care teams make smarter decisions, and we are looking for a dedicated Marketing & Events Coordinator to help us grow our impact. What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end logistics for our events, including our annual Client Summit, virtual webinars, and internal company gatherings, while managing vendor relationships and project timelines.
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and manage channel partnerships to drive brand awareness, including overseeing paid advertisements, social media, and webinar planning.
- Maintain data integrity and lead tracking processes within our systems, using analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize our outreach strategies in partnership with the sales team.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within growth marketing, demand generation, or event management.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, along with experience using list management tools like ZoomInfo to drive effective outreach.
- Strong project management skills and an executive presence that allows you to represent our brand professionally to external partners and clients.
- An analytical mindset with a passion for reporting, data quality, and creative problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that fits well within a high-growth technology environment.
