About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Events Apprentice to join our team for a one-year internship. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating our event strategy, managing logistics, and analyzing the impact of our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on position that offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in international project management while working alongside our global teams in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of events, including planning, logistics, material coordination, and post-event performance analysis.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create engaging visual assets, such as booth signage and promotional materials, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on event metrics and return on investment while maintaining careful oversight of event budgets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated student with a strong desire to learn and contribute to our marketing initiatives. We look for the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is highly desired.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must, with French proficiency being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A resourceful mindset with a basic understanding of marketing principles and the financial industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to negotiate with external vendors to ensure project success.
