We are now looking for a Marketing Engineer to help us build the technical engine that will scale this growth even further.

About the Role

This is a Senior level, Full Time position that operates on a remote basis. As our Marketing Engineer, you will act as a system orchestrator sitting at the intersection of our marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and take full ownership of our technical product-led growth infrastructure. This role is for someone who possesses both the technical capability to build functional systems and the marketing intuition to understand which projects will drive the most impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the AI-Native PLG Funnel: Move beyond standard email sequences by creating autonomous agents that research, activate, and guide our users through the Fabricate experience.
• Engineer the Sales Bridge: Use LLMs and orchestration tools to identify high-fidelity product qualified leads by analyzing complex usage patterns that typical software often overlooks.
• Build the Experimentation Layer: Prototype in-product experiments, such as credit-based systems or pricing gates, using AI to deploy functional growth loops rapidly.

• AI-Native Skillset: You are an AI-first builder who leverages LLMs to achieve exponential efficiency in data evaluation, research, and workflow automation.
• Technical Proficiency: You have a strong grasp of API integrations and system architecture, allowing you to ship functional experiments in a matter of hours.
• Full-Loop Ownership: You thrive in environments where you can identify a friction point, build a product-based solution, and deploy an automated distribution system all in the same day.
• Developer Persona Alignment: You understand that engineers value utility and technical documentation over traditional marketing, and you prioritize delivering immediate product value.
