Marketing Enablement Manager at Maple

We are currently looking for a Marketing Enablement Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Canada.

Key outcomes

• Develop and refine workflows, processes, and frameworks to ensure seamless campaign execution across all marketing channels.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase speed, collaboration, and overall team effectiveness.
• Act as a central point of contact for project requirements, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Deepen our external influence by creating co-marketing and enablement materials for our partners.
• Equip stakeholders with the necessary tools and resources to drive performance and maintain a clear view of team capacity.
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing processes within your first 90 days to establish a roadmap for scalable, long-term improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign enablement, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven ability to create project plans, trackers, and templates that keep teams organized.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• A detail-oriented mindset combined with an analytical approach to using data for performance improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Adaptability and the confidence to propose solutions when risks or blockers arise.
