What you'll be doing
- You will develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our core business units, including our flexible workspaces, ecosystem engagement programs, and regional expansion efforts.
- You will lead the annual business planning process for Japan, which includes setting KPIs, collaborating across business functions, and managing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- You will steer our country-level go-to-market strategies, guiding local resources and external partners to execute integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and SEO channels while reporting key market insights back to our global headquarters.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional marketing experience within Japan, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or experience in the real estate industry is considered a plus.
- Full fluency in Japanese and a very high level of proficiency in English.
- The ability to work legally in Japan, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- A global mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
