Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand and driving our growth strategy. We are seeking someone with extensive experience who is ready to take ownership of our marketing function and help us scale.
Your impact
- Define our long-term brand positioning and lead the development of our comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
- Launch and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns while establishing the frameworks and metrics needed to track our success.
- Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with user feedback.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in fintech or payments.
- A proven ability to scale marketing functions, manage high-performing teams, and execute successful growth campaigns across channels like paid social and email marketing.
- Proficiency with essential tools such as Notion, Canva, and Google Slides.
- The ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution.
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience in content creation, SEO, and crafting narratives for fundraising and PR.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $185,000. In addition to your base salary, you will receive an equity compensation package. Our benefits include:
