We are TakeUp, LLC, and we are currently transforming revenue optimization within the hospitality sector. By utilizing advanced AI and machine learning, we provide independent operators with the tools to price their services with confidence, often achieving a 10 to 15x return on investment. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will define our marketing strategy and guide our brand as we evolve from a specialized tool into a comprehensive platform. You will be the primary voice behind our mission, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach the hospitality professionals who need them most.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that establishes TakeUp as a leading authority in the hospitality technology space.
- Manage our social media presence and public relations efforts to foster community engagement and build our reputation as an industry thought leader.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including white papers, webinars, and case studies, while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in brand development and scaling, specifically within the SaaS or hospitality sectors.
- A proven history of successfully guiding companies through the transition from a single-point solution to a broader platform.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to managing paid media campaigns and optimizing marketing performance.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, agile team.
