Our Brooklyn office functions as the firm's marketing hub, blending the agility and innovation of a startup with the substantial resources of a major enterprise. We are currently looking for a Marketing Director to join our strategy department in a hybrid capacity, requiring four days of in-office attendance per week.
Key outcomes
- Drive the growth and performance of our priority litigation areas and associated brands.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing learning agenda, including the implementation of campaigns and the delivery of actionable insights to improve overall efficacy.
- Oversee annual budgets and revenue forecasting, while identifying and pursuing new incremental opportunities.
- Align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and operational goals, ensuring they are tailored to meet local market needs.
- Collaborate across the firm with creative, operations, product, and media teams to manage complex marketing and technology initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing or digital media management.
- A proven track record of moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to flawless tactical execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into measurable action plans.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, relationship management skills, and executive presence.
- Advanced communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- A solid understanding of both brand marketing and direct response strategies.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
