Responsibilities
- Drive growth and marketing performance for our priority litigation areas and sister brands.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing learning agenda, including the implementation of activations and the reporting of insights to enhance business value.
- Assist in the management of annual budgets and revenue forecasts while identifying new incremental opportunities.
- Align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring they are adapted to meet local market needs.
- Collaborate across departments including creative, operations, product, and paid media to execute strategic initiatives.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing or digital media management.
- Strong ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable, high-impact marketing plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously from conception to tactical execution.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of both brand marketing and direct response marketing.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
