The role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Director to join our Marketing Strategy department on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in our Brooklyn office, requiring you to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. You will report to the Senior Marketing Director and collaborate across our creative, product, and media teams to drive our business growth.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing learning agenda, ensuring that data-driven insights are translated into actionable strategies that improve our overall performance.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and revenue forecasts, while identifying and capitalizing on incremental growth opportunities.
- Align our overarching business objectives with local market nuances to support the growth of our priority litigations and sister brands.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital media or marketing management.
- A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic action plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, combined with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
- A solid understanding of both brand and direct response marketing principles.
Compensation and benefits
