The opportunity
We are looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to join our leadership team and report directly to the VP of Business Development. In this executive role, you will be the architect of our comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing everything from digital acquisition and web optimization to partner sales support. You will lead our marketing efforts for both small business and enterprise audiences, ensuring our brand remains a powerful force for growth. This is a chance to shape the narrative of a high-impact organization while mentoring a team dedicated to innovation and data-driven results.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute multi-channel digital strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to drive meaningful engagement and customer acquisition.
- You will collaborate with our ecosystem partners, such as the NAACP and Bunker Labs, to build strategic initiatives that expand our reach and strengthen our partner sales pipeline.
- You will manage our marketing budget and team, utilizing advanced analytics to track KPIs and ensure every campaign delivers a measurable return on investment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with over 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior roles where you mastered digital channels and partner ecosystems. You possess a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and have a proven track record of helping businesses grow. You are as comfortable analyzing complex data sets to optimize performance as you are mentoring a team and presenting strategy to executive leadership. You are fluent in English, highly adaptable to new technologies, and passionate about supporting the diverse community of entrepreneurs we serve.
