We are currently looking for a Marketing Director to join our team and help us scale our operations while building a highly efficient marketing practice. In this role, you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and oversee a team of six marketing professionals. You will also work closely with our design, product, and content management departments to drive our growth initiatives. Didomi is a company dedicated to helping organizations manage consent and preference data, and we are looking for a leader who can help us expand our impact in the B2B SaaS space.
Key outcomes
- Provide mentorship and coaching to a talented team of six marketers.
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including the management of an annual budget aimed at achieving specific SQL targets.
- Monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives through detailed reporting to ensure we are maximizing the return on our investments.
- Conduct global competitive research to uncover and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Partner with our sales and product teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and manage our marketing events roadmap to align with broader company goals.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and generate new business opportunities by leveraging client advocacy and community engagement.
- Align with our content, design, and partnership teams to prioritize communication efforts effectively.
- Work alongside our growth and sales operations teams to optimize the return on investment for lead and demand generation.
- Coordinate training programs and content creation for our sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a deep understanding of our product.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing.
- A proven track record of success in senior marketing positions within B2B SaaS scale-ups.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies specifically for the US market.
- Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Proficiency in using data tools, including CRM software and Data Studio.
- A Marketing MBA or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to innovate and take initiative.
