What you'll be doing
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our core business units, including our flexible workspace offerings and ecosystem engagement programs.
- Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new center launches and expansion initiatives throughout Japan.
- Oversee the full spectrum of marketing operations, including budget management, digital advertising, SEO, social media, PR, and email campaigns, while coordinating with both local teams and our global headquarters.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive role, you should possess a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional marketing experience within the Japanese market.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
- Fluency in Japanese and a very high level of proficiency in English.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- The legal authorization to work in Japan, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- A global mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Bonus points if you have an MBA, experience in the real estate industry, or a background working in global environments.
