What is this role?
We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives on qualifying leads and creating exceptional first impressions for our potential clients. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as this is a fully remote role.
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and managing website chat interactions to engage potential customers.
- You will act as the face of our company, ensuring every prospect receives a professional and welcoming introduction to our services.
- You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to nurture prospects and help drive our overall growth strategy.

- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles.

- You have a demonstrated ability to manage projects with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the Human Resources industry or with tools like Drift is considered a plus.
