What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the sole designer for our marketing department, where you will take ownership of the Ridwell brand's visual identity. We need someone who is ready to jump in, help us build something special, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts our mission.

What will you do?

• Create compelling visual assets for a variety of channels, including social media, email campaigns, web content, and printed collateral.
• Collaborate closely with our content managers and copywriters to ensure all designs align with our marketing goals and brand standards.
• Proactively explore new design trends and styles to keep our brand fresh while managing high-volume execution across multiple projects.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 5 to 6 years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally within an agency or marketing setting. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. You should have a sharp eye for typography, layout, and color, along with a portfolio that showcases your creative range. Because we are a growing company, you will need a self-driven, startup mindset and the ability to communicate your design concepts clearly to the rest of the team. A passion for sustainability and a willingness to get scrappy to solve problems will make you a fantastic addition to our culture.
