The Valorem Reply Marketing Team is looking for graphic designer, video producer and visual storytelling guru. This role will be responsible for concepting and producing multimedia, customer facing content to support 5+ business units. Serving as the primary source for end-to-end video production and graphic designs for sales and marketing assets, you will help develop and style engaging content that conveys Valorem’s expertise and vision while providing a consistent and elevated brand experience. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of creating original video and design content, from pre-production, production, and post-production. To include creative brief development, coordinating/communicating with stakeholders, storyboarding, selecting graphic elements, audio/color correction, music selection, editing, deployment, version control and storage management.
  • In collaboration with Marketing team and appropriate stakeholders develop brand aligned marketing and sales assets including but not limited to:
  • Social Media Graphics, Motion Videos, GIFs, etc.
  • Marketing Campaign Collateral: Email and Landing Page designs, eBooks, infographics, White Papers, Explainer Videos, Blog assets, On-demand Webinars, etc.
  • Sales Assets: One Pagers, Sales Sheets, Customer Presentations, Case Studies, Customer Testimonials, Demo Videos, etc.
  • Brand Assets: Internal & External Website Prototypes, Internal Templates, Brand Guide, Asset Management Tools, Event Signage and Promotional Swag, etc.
  • Through cross-functional relationships, partner closely with subject matter experts across the organization to identify opportunities to tell compelling stories through video and design that will support marketing and overall business objectives a build a healthy pipeline of video and design assets.
  • Maintain active lines of communication with stakeholders on the status of drafts, edits, exports, and incoming footage, while being cognizant of deadlines.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews with everyone from subject matter experts to C-level executives to determine project objectives.


  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of video editing and design experience to include pre-production and post-production
  • Great written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills. Strong collaborator & team player with the ability to shift from project to project as deadlines arise
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Creative ability to convey compelling storytelling through the editing of original and stock video, imagery, voice-over, music, and/or graphics.
  • Expert in all aspects of post-production workflows and finishing including, editing, color & audio correction, typography, captions, vector/motion graphics, compression guidelines, etc.
  • Experience editing short & long storytelling content including but not limited to ads, social, gifs, customer/employee testimonials, case studies, interviews, webinars, how-to guides, demo videos, explainer videos, etc.
  • Follow & understand the company's brand guidelines and maintain brand guidelines as the company evolves.
  • Understanding of both digital and print design needs and best practices.


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-focused field.
  • B2B and technology industry experience.
  • Motion graphic or animation experience.
  • Experience with other design tools: Figma, Shutterstock, Envato Elements, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Munch, etc.
  • Understanding of social media best practices for post assets in various channels.
  • Ability to shoot.
  • Experience designing + coding HTML/CSS communications.
  • Experience with asset management systems/websites.
