We are currently searching for a talented Senior Marketing Designer to join our team and help us tell our story through compelling visual media.

What you bring

In this full-time, hybrid role based in India, you will serve as the primary creative force behind our multimedia and customer-facing content. You will support over five business units by producing high-quality assets that elevate our brand and showcase our expertise. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end production of video and design content, including creative brief development, storyboarding, editing, and final deployment.
• Collaborating with our marketing team and internal subject matter experts to create brand-aligned assets such as motion graphics, social media content, sales collateral, and marketing campaign materials.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to identify storytelling opportunities that support our business objectives and build a robust pipeline of creative assets.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design. You should possess advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. We value individuals who can seamlessly shift between projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including C-level executives. A strong grasp of both digital and print design best practices is essential, as is the ability to craft compelling narratives through imagery, music, and motion graphics. While not strictly required, a bachelor’s degree in a design-focused field and experience in the B2B technology sector are highly desirable. Candidates who are comfortable with HTML and CSS or possess additional animation skills will stand out.
