About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Data Analyst for a Full Time position. In this role, you will be a vital member of our marketing department, focusing on measuring campaign performance and optimizing our strategies. You will be responsible for translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that guide our future initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that enhance our return on investment.
• Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track essential metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and the cost of acquiring customers.
• Create predictive models and analyze historical data to forecast marketing outcomes and assist in strategic resource allocation.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics, with a master’s degree considered a plus.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical team members.

Location

This position is based in Argentina. We operate on a Hybrid work model, which requires you to be in our office in Belgrano, CABA, two days per week.
