We are expanding our Marketing team and looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this role you will turn marketing and ecommerce data into clear recommendations that help us grow, improve campaign performance, and build a stronger data-driven culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central resource for marketing and ecommerce data, combining web analytics, channel platform metrics, and first-party data to surface growth opportunities.
- Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports that translate performance data into actionable insights for conversion, paid media, engagement, and traffic.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by delivering statistical analysis and clear reporting that guides iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience analyzing performance through web analytics platforms and first-party data sources.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, or Heap.
- Working knowledge of SQL is highly valued.
- Demonstrated project-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear and confident oral and written communication for presenting insights to stakeholders.
