We are currently searching for motivated, fashion-forward individuals to join our growing team at our Burleigh Heads office and help us continue our mission of providing the ultimate online shopping experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this junior-level position, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing Analytics. Your primary focus will be to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive our marketing strategy. You will be instrumental in maintaining our reporting infrastructure and ensuring that our team makes decisions based on accurate and engaging data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage high-impact dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to track marketing performance.
Write and refine SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our marketing platforms efficiently.
Maintain high standards of data integrity while automating recurring reports to streamline our internal processes.

Requirements

Between one and two years of professional experience in a marketing or data analytics role.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries.
Hands-on experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
A solid grasp of marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location

This position is based at our office in Burleigh Heads, Australia, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
