The opportunity
This is a full-time, remote position designed for a mid-level professional who loves digging into data. You will serve as the primary expert on all things related to marketing and ecommerce metrics. Your work will directly influence how the company optimizes its campaigns and website experience. By bridging the gap between complex data sets and business strategy, you will help the team move faster and smarter in a competitive landscape.
A day in the life
- You will build and automate comprehensive dashboards that track conversion rates, traffic patterns, and performance marketing success, ensuring the team always has a clear view of their growth opportunities.
- You will partner with development teams to manage and implement Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tracking, making sure the data flowing into the system is accurate and useful.
- You will dive deep into ad-hoc projects, such as analyzing customer retention or evaluating the impact of paid media, to provide the insights needed for future forecasting and campaign planning.
Who you are
You are a proactive problem solver with 3 to 5 years of experience in web analytics and data interpretation. You feel at home in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Heap. If you have SQL skills, that is a significant bonus. Because this is a fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and communicating your findings clearly to stakeholders. You are fluent in English and ready to take ownership of your work in a remote setting.
