About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join the team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work directly under the Chief Marketing Officer to evaluate the performance of various marketing channels and website initiatives. You will serve as a vital resource for the team, providing the insights necessary to iterate on campaigns and improve overall business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for marketing and ecommerce data, managing information across web analytics, channel platforms, and first-party data sources.
- Create and automate comprehensive dashboards and reports that highlight performance trends and offer actionable recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with development teams to manage and implement tagging through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a background in analytics and a strong understanding of ecommerce growth strategies. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with web analytics platforms and first-party data.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Heap.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- SQL proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
