Key outcomes

• Design and produce marketing assets for tradeshows, social media, advertisements, and client presentations.
• Develop comprehensive content and support materials for various marketing campaigns.
• Manage the full lifecycle of design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all work aligns with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with department leads to contribute to strategy sessions and support internal marketing requests.
• Handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and adapt your communication style to work effectively across our diverse organization.
• Incorporate feedback professionally to refine creative work and ensure project success.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Technical expertise in Canva, print media production, and video editing.
• Solid experience managing digital design and social media initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• The ability to work independently and manage a complex workload.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
