The role
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. We need a hands-on producer who is comfortable taking ownership of the entire content lifecycle, from initial brainstorming sessions to final publication.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Write and produce high-quality video content and copy tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage the full production process, including scripting, editing, publishing, and tracking performance metrics to drive growth.
Skills and experience
- Proven expertise as a content creator, producer, or editor, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to craft platform-specific narratives that encourage engagement.
- Experience managing and growing a YouTube channel.
- Excellent written communication skills for scripts and social media copy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple creative projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points for prior experience in B2B, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
