The Opportunity:
FE International is a dynamic and innovative M&A Advisory company dedicated to the SaaS, Content and e-Commerce industry. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and contribute to our growth and success.
We’re looking for a dynamic Producer to concept, write, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. This role requires a hands-on storyteller who can take an idea from concept to execution, producing high-quality, platform-specific content that drives virality and results. If you have experience creating content end-to-end—from brainstorming to posting—that’s a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Concept and develop content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and copy optimized for social platforms.
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the full content lifecycle: concepting, scripting, editing, and publishing.
- Monitor trends in social media, content formats, and audience preferences to inform creative strategies.
- Post content regularly across platforms and track performance metrics to optimize for reach, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging, tone, and style align with overall brand strategy.

Qualifications
- Experience running & growing a YouTube channel
- Proven experience as a content creator, producer, or editor (portfolio required).
- Strong writing skills for scripts, captions, and engaging social media copy.
- A great sense of humor.
- Proficiency in video production tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Experience creating platform-specific content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles to create engaging, shareable content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Tactical social strategist
- Bonus: Experience in industries like Fintech, Ecommerce, or B2B.
