Role at a glance
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role that offers a hybrid work arrangement. While you will primarily work remotely, you will be expected to join us at our office in Scottsdale, Arizona, whenever your manager is in town.
Your impact
- Take charge of our analytics and reporting by tracking performance metrics across all channels to identify key trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our broader team to execute integrated campaigns that maintain consistent messaging and strong brand identity.
- Manage our email marketing efforts from creation to deployment, using data to drive customer acquisition and long-term engagement.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a creative thinker with a strong analytical foundation. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience managing marketing KPIs and reporting on performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram media buying, Facebook advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- A proven ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
