Role at a glance
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full ownership of their creative projects.
Your impact
- Coordinate creative requests by assigning tasks to both internal team members and external vendors while managing project timelines.
- Track project budgets and deliverables to ensure every goal is met on time and within scope.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks by working closely with stakeholders to implement efficient systems and strategies.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a highly organized communicator who can manage multiple priorities with ease. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- A strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A sharp eye for detail and a talent for project management in ambiguous situations.
- The ability to learn new programs quickly and adapt to changing conditions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
