Our Warsaw location, which opened in 2020 at the landmark Varso Place, serves as one of the largest innovation-oriented centers in Europe. We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help support our global marketing efforts from our office in Poland.
About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position. In this mid-level role, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency, manage essential marketing materials, and coordinate various project requests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our brand toolkit and resource library, ensuring that local teams have access to up-to-date guidelines, presentations, and marketing assets to drive engagement.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming marketing requests to ensure our team provides timely and effective support across different business units.
- Collaborate with regional team members to produce high-quality marketing collateral, such as brochures and flyers, while coordinating with external vendors like designers and printers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in B2B, real estate, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively while collaborating with remote stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong proficiency in English and Polish, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot for CRM management and Canva for graphic design is highly preferred.
- A highly organized, solutions-oriented mindset and the legal right to work in Poland.
Location
This role is based at our office in Warsaw, Poland, located conveniently next to the Warsaw Central train station.
