What is this role?
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that is based on-site in Santa Cruz, California. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and work across various departments, including ticket sales, community relations, and corporate partnerships, to help bring our brand to life.
What will you do?
- You will design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and signage for the arena.
- You will develop integrated promotional strategies to support revenue goals, such as group events and ticket sales, while coordinating with our partners.
- You will manage the quality and accuracy of all marketing projects, ensuring every piece of content is polished and ready for production before it goes live.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of professional marketing experience and a strong grasp of design principles. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects at the same time. You should be proficient in the following areas:
- Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite for daily operations and project management.
- A solid understanding of typography, graphics, and visual communication.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and the local community.
