What you bring

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts by supporting our pursuit strategies and broader marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure our brand presence remains strong and our proposal processes run smoothly. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the production and submission of RFP and RFQ documents through various digital and physical channels.
• Creating and editing high-quality marketing collateral, including project sheets, team resumes, and compelling proposal narratives.
• Coordinating with our marketing and business development departments to support digital content updates, social media, and event planning.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical proficiency and creative flair to the table. You should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with experience in a professional services setting, preferably within the A/E/C industry. You must be highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong writing and editing abilities are essential, as is the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We value candidates who can communicate effectively with technical staff and who possess a proactive, independent work ethic.
